We The People Declare intends to incorporate in the State of North Carolina as a Limited Liability Company. Its mission is to support small business; up hold the rule of Law for those businesses, and make those who govern over us accountable for any action which suppresses or erodes small businesses and/or deals in any unConstitutional way against small businesses. We adopt The Declaration of We The People as our moral standard and to which we hold our wants, will, hopes and demands and for which we strive.

We The People Declare is in the process of identifying a a Board of Directors (5 positions) to provide guidance, oversight, governance, and be responsible for how any funds and donations are used - a Constitutional Attorney and a CPA are two Board positions of priority.

We The People Declare was founded by and will initially be managed by a former CEO of a nationwide Non-Profit and also the former Chairman and CEO of a publicly traded Merchant Banking firm, and currently a small business owner. Once enough support is provided, we intend to file as a LLC. We The People Declare is committed to the Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship of the ECFA.
