We The People Declare was launched May 15, 2020 by a small business owner in Michigan, as a result of the Covid-19 induced panic and subsequent overreach of the Michigan Governor (and now our government in Washington) in continuing to ramp-up panic by legislated masking and now vaccinations, for what is better termed a plannedemic to fatigue us into compliance and erode our free will, substance and even to destroy us.

We the people do not agree with and neither are we the people bound by any laws to cooperate with intentional misuse or abuse of hidden agendas by those in governance who We The People elected to serve and represent the public’s highest and greatest good, trust, and interests. They have the duty and responsibility not to enslave we the people with any misrepresentation, ill will, or malice, nor invade the rights of we the people nor to harass the people into compliance against our will. Nor does the government have the authority to experiment on the public with unproven “vaccinations” which is in violation of the Nuremberg Code.

Therefore, We The People reject all governance who seeks to take away our charters, abolish our most valued Laws and alter fundamentally the forms of our Governments, and who suspend our own legislatures, and declare themselves invested with power to legislate independently. We the people declare our freedom from all deceptive practices, ill will, hidden agendas, and covert manipulation and control intended to usurp the will of the people.

As business owners and citizens We The People Declare that we choose to lawfully keep our businesses open, continue to employ our people and serve and support our communities. As citizens We The People Declare we choose to go about our lives in a normal manner to enjoy our freedoms and we will not let any manner of tyranny usurp our free will. Furthermore, we will gather in our places of worship and not be denied this basic freedom and God-given right...and we will do so without masking nor experimental vaccination.

This website for the We The People Declare movement is to assist, support and provide resources and aid to those who desire to lawfully keep there businesses open without interference from the government going forward. This website also serves as a place that citizens of like mind can identify and support those businesses who are taking a stand for Freedom and Justice under the law.

The will of the people be done. And so it is.
